Ingredients
Curly Flower (Phulakobi): 300g
Green Eye Beans (Green Matar): 150g
Capsicum:150g
Beans: 200g
Green Chili: 4 Pc
Onion:1 Large size
Garlic:10 Cloves
Red Chili: 3 Pc
Vegetable Refine Oil: 2 Table Spoons
Salt: To taste
Ajinomoto: ½ Tea Spoon
Method:
- Make dices/sticks of Curly flower, Capsicum and beans into pieces of 1” to 1.5” in square or length, as the case may be.
- Make each green chili into two half pieces by cutting it vertically straight.
- Make out the onion layers and cut them into 1” to 1.5” squares
- Chop the red chili and garlic cloves into fine small pieces to smaller possible size.
- Hit the oil on frying pan.
- Add the red chili and garlic chops and stir for one minute with low flame.
- Add the cut capsicum and onion and fry for two minutes
- Put the pieces of curly flower, beans and green matar seeds and fry all the ingredients for 5-6 minutes on medium flame.
- Add green chili, salt and ajinomoto and fry for one more minute on high flames
Your healthy and tasty santula (Odia Sizzler) is ready to be served. Serve it hot with steams coming out. This can be services with Rice and Dal also it can be enjoyed like a snack or breakfast.
